TCL Associates today announced the upcoming launch of their QI system, a trading algorithm that allows the use of a number of portfolio level instructions, including cash load balancing and risk neutralization. With the help of more than 50 different risk indicators, improves the QI system the implementation by correlate assets, volatility and projected market influence. On its launch, the proprietary system will not be made available to the general public. It is only available for corporate investors via a secure web platform.

The QI system is a high-frequency trading algorithm that uses computers to create complex decisions on the basis of electric information received to initiate orders, to process the information received before human analysts can. The new algorithm uses a number of strategies to maximize profits including; trend following, which benefits from the rising and falling of stocks and Futures using moving averages to General market direction and initiating long or short trades. It also makes use of statistical arbitrage, this strategy correlates several securities such as interest rate parity on the foreign exchange market, namely the prices of domestic bonds, a band in foreign currency, the price of the currency and the price of forward contracts of the coin. The prices vary to include the cost of transactions, four transactions are made to ensure risk free profits.
