Eagle asset management combines the heritage of the family funds to offer managed accounts & mutual funds



Eagle, a provider of equity and fixed income investment strategies for institutional and individual investors, today announced that it has completed its integration of family heritage asset management mutual funds. This strategic reorganization improves business separately managed accounts with Eagle line of mutual and money market funds, now known as the Eagle family of funds and increases the firm's assets under management to about 17 billion dollars as of October 31, 2008. The newly formed Eagle family of funds offers retail, institutional and pension share classes for several strategies, including: Eagle Mid Cap Growth Fund, Eagle large Cap core fund, Eagle Mid Cap Equity Fund Small Cap Growth Fund, Eagle, Eagle Small Cap Core Fund value (which is open November 3, 2008 and subadvised Eagle Boston investment management), Eagle capital appreciation Fund (subadvised, Goldman Sachs Asset Management) and income growth Fund Eagle (subadvised Thornburg investment management) and international equity fund Eagle (subadvised Artio global management). Subadvisory relationships do not change under the Eagle. Heritage cash trust money market fund and Municipal Heritage money market fund has become part of the Eagle family of funds in November 1, 2008, but will keep their existing names until May 1, 2009. At the same time, funds will be renamed Eagle and Eagle money market fund Municipal money market fund.
